About Click2Pay

New name. 30+ years of knowing better.

The brand is new. The hands running it are not. One founder built his first collections platform in 1994; the other has been in collections since 2001. Thirty-plus years in the industry - the wins, the write-offs, the reasons good books leak - live in the people who built this.

Why we built it

Why Click2Pay.

They got tired of watching good books leak in the same places.

Failed debit orders. Recurring cards that quietly expire. Collections that clear but never reconcile. The team saw the same money slip through the same cracks for years - and knew none of it was inevitable.

They would rather fix collections than explain them.

Cross-payment functionality gives a failed collection another channel and lifts the success rate - so the answer to a miss is another attempt, not a shrug. Collections that think, built by people who stopped accepting the leak.

Trust & partners.

A new brand, but not a standalone experiment. Click2Pay runs inside an established operating structure and on the rails South Africa already trusts for authenticated collections.

Click2Pay is one of the solutions sold under FlexiFusions - the group's payments and collections business, and the registered third-party payment provider (TPPP) that runs the rails. The operating track record lives there; Click2Pay is where it shows up for you.
